Founder and Director

Lauren Roberts founded Studio Flux to bridge the gap between design and commercial strategy.

Her work is informed by environmental psychology, behavioural insight and a deep understanding of how physical space shapes perception. She believes that the most successful environments are not simply beautiful. They are aligned. Clear in purpose. Considered in detail.

With her years of experience working within hotel environments, collaborating directly with operators and stakeholders, she understands the nuances and decisions that go into a successful expansion or refurbishment and prides herself on becoming your strategic partner throughout the process.

Rather than beginning with trends or surface aesthetics, Lauren begins with intent.

What should this space make possible.

What should it make people feel.
